During 1993 the structure of the book "Eetcafé Ceramique" became ever clearer. The result was the first edition, which was published on the memorable 26th November 1993.
Tanya and Hennie, the scribes of the first generation, are still the driving forces behind this hit novel. But now they're supported by a team of enthusiastic employees, who each add the fruits of their pens to the book; synonymous with the presentation of the menu.

So now you can again devour a number of tasty chapters. Hopefully, they will satisfy both your physical and spiritual hunger. In the meantime: thanks, and until the next edition, September 1997.
A reminder: After 7 years we decided to stop with the chapter on "Serving a dish of the day". The authors are rising to the future by extending the Eetcafé upwards. Take a look in our Salon.
 
For the tenth anniversary of the business, we started using new menu books; it only remains for us to write that this foreword is finished; there are blank pages at info@eetcafeceramique.nl  and at the back of this book, so that, apart from the dishes, your words are reserved for the next guest.
